After a hundred years of mating, Healing Master Chashan thought he knew all there was to know about his mate, Heart Master Khaza. But the sudden presence of one adorable human baby shows him that he’s very, very wrong.
Now he has a choice: claim a human baby as his own and put joy in his mate’s heart, or turn the child over to human authorities.
Which will he choose? Honor or love?
This short story is set in the DRAGONS OF PREOR world and is a little bite of family life for those who fell in love with the Preor dragons.
This is short admittedly so there isn't any background surrounding the woman Khaza seeks to help. However, I thought this story was primarily a device to show the warmer side of Chashan and in that, it worked brilliantly. I loved that Ms Kyle slyly incorporated the infamous twins and whilst not exactly present, we do learn they are still causing their parents to no doubt tear their hair out at times! There is something I didn't like and that's the actions of Erica’s relative but as it allowed for a happy and very smiley ending I'm okay with it.
A Baby for Chashan is a book definitely for the fans of the Dragon of Preor series as it's filled with warmth, humour, and of course, love!
This voluntary review is my honest opinion.
