The book will feature extensive interior art by acclaimed Sookie artist Lisa Desimini, including a Sookieverse Alphabet, color endpapers, and several full-page black and white interior illustrations.
I enjoyed the series. I had no expectations of who Sookie would spent her life with. It was just a series I enjoyed reading. Some books were better written than others and some books had better storylines than others. They were just stories.
After Dead is an epilogue to the series. It gives the ending to each character, or does it? Some made me wonder.
I enjoyed finding out what Ms Harris saw for each character after the series ended. It put a period on the series for me.
Cost wise, it was a bit expensive but as I have all the books in hard cover, I needed the print version of After Dead. I wouldn't normally pay the $10.80 but I collected them. Now, there is no way I would pay the $8.79 for the Kindle version. That's just a bit much.
