I'm not going to describe every tale in this anthology as the book blurb does a more than adequate job of that, but will mention the fantastic value this boxed set offers. I adore the writing of Eve Langlais and will be honest and say I actually already have the story included here (A Demon And His Witch), but the others are all new to me so this was positively a steal! It's such an amazing way to try new authors on for size and the story by Ava Catori was a complete surprise, as was the Selena Kitt offering. I'd heard of both these authors but hadn't added them to my to-be-read pile, an oversight that I've now corrected! There are new names to be had here too and in particular, the Cerys De Lys story of tragic apocalyptic love took my breath away. There's just so much variety in this collection and you even get a touch of historical from Shirl Anders with her vampire story.
I think with any anthology like this there will always be some books that the reader prefers but it's absolutely the best way that I have found to sample different authors work. These are all books by established authors so whether you prefer a humorous read or a downright dirty one there is bound to be something to please.
So in conclusion, amazing value for money, lots of variety, so something for everyone. Magic, mayhem, and passion within the pages and happy reading guaranteed! A must read for those, like myself, who enjoy paranormal romance and a huge thank you to the authors and their publishers for making this available.
This boxed set is currently $0.99 at both Amazon and Kobo.
